PilotAudit Terms & Service Agreement

Last updated: June 24, 2026

These Terms & Service Agreement apply to all services purchased from PilotAudit, including pilot logbook audits, paper-to-digital logbook conversions, digital formatting, printed logbook preparation, and related services.

By purchasing a service, submitting records, approving a final file, or using PilotAudit.com, you agree to these terms.

1. Scope of Services

PilotAudit provides pilot logbook review, organization, formatting, digitization, printing, and presentation services based on the records and information provided by the customer.

Depending on the service purchased, PilotAudit may review flight time totals, organize entries, convert paper records into digital format, flag possible discrepancies, format digital files, prepare printed logbook materials, and provide a summary of findings.

PilotAudit does not act as an airline, employer, FAA representative, legal advisor, aviation attorney, designated examiner, or official record-certifying authority.

2. Customer Responsibility

The customer remains solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, legality, and use of all logbook entries, flight times, aircraft information, certificates, endorsements, totals, categories, applications, and supporting documents.

PilotAudit’s work is based only on the records and information provided by the customer. If records are missing, incomplete, inaccurate, unreadable, or unclear, PilotAudit’s review may be limited.

The customer is responsible for reviewing all final files, totals, categories, entries, and printed materials before using them for any application, interview, checkride, employer review, FAA matter, or other purpose.

3. No Guessing or Unsupported Changes

PilotAudit does not intentionally guess, create, alter, or change logbook information without clear support from the records provided.

If an entry, total, category, aircraft type, route, endorsement, or other item is unclear, PilotAudit may flag it for customer review rather than making an unsupported assumption.

4. No Hiring, Interview, Airline, FAA, or Compliance Guarantee

PilotAudit does not guarantee airline interview results, job offers, application acceptance, employer approval, FAA compliance, checkride outcomes, background check results, or any other hiring or certification outcome.

PilotAudit’s services are intended to help customers organize, review, format, and present their records more clearly. Final responsibility for the use and accuracy of those records remains with the customer.

5. Customer Approval Before Printing or Final Delivery

For printed logbook services or final formatted files, the customer may be asked to review and approve a final proof before printing or final delivery.

Once the customer approves the final proof, the customer confirms that they have reviewed the file and approve it for printing or delivery.

PilotAudit is not responsible for customer-approved errors, omissions, formatting preferences, totals, categories, or entries that were available for customer review before approval.

6. Turnaround Times

Any turnaround times listed on PilotAudit.com are estimates and may vary based on order volume, file quality, number of pages, missing information, customer response time, and project complexity.

PilotAudit is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete records, unreadable files, late customer responses, third-party vendors, shipping carriers, payment issues, or circumstances outside PilotAudit’s reasonable control.

7. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Because PilotAudit services involve customized review, formatting, conversion, printing, and document preparation, refunds are limited once work has started.

If a customer cancels before work begins, PilotAudit may issue a full or partial refund at its discretion.

If work has already started, PilotAudit may deduct the value of work performed, processing fees, materials, printing costs, shipping costs, and other expenses before determining whether any refund is available.

Printed products, completed digital conversions, completed audits, and customer-approved final files are generally non-refundable unless PilotAudit determines that a refund is appropriate.

8. Customer Files and Record Quality

Customers are responsible for submitting clear, complete, and readable records.

PilotAudit may request additional information if files are missing, blurry, incomplete, corrupted, password-protected, or otherwise difficult to review.

If the customer does not provide requested information within a reasonable time, PilotAudit may complete the project based on the information available or place the order on hold.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, PilotAudit’s total liability for any claim related to a service, order, file, product, delay, mistake, omission, or customer-approved final document is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

PilotAudit is not responsible for lost wages, lost job opportunities, failed interviews, rejected applications, airline hiring decisions, FAA actions, lost profits, consequential damages, incidental damages, special damages, or indirect damages.

10. Customer Use of Final Materials

The customer is responsible for deciding how, when, and where to use any files, summaries, printed logbooks, or materials prepared by PilotAudit.

PilotAudit does not guarantee that any airline, employer, recruiter, interviewer, examiner, or agency will accept, approve, or rely on the customer’s records.

11. Third-Party Services

PilotAudit may use third-party services for website hosting, payment processing, file uploads, cloud storage, printing, shipping, email communication, and other business operations.

PilotAudit is not responsible for delays, outages, errors, losses, or failures caused by third-party providers outside PilotAudit’s reasonable control.

12. Changes to These Terms

PilotAudit may update these Terms & Service Agreement from time to time. The version posted on PilotAudit.com at the time of purchase will generally apply to that order.
