Pricing Based on Total Flight Time

Select the range matching the total flight time contained in the paper records you want converted.

If the submitted records begin with a carry-forward total from records you are not submitting, only include the flight time represented by the entries being converted. For example, if the submitted records begin at 1,500 hours and end at 3,000 hours, you are converting 1,500 hours.

Send clear photographs, scanned pages, PDFs, or other digital copies of your paper logbooks. Pages should be flat, well lit, readable, and not cut off.

You do not need to have everything uploaded before purchasing. You can complete checkout first and submit your records afterward.

4. We convert your logbook

We enter and organize your submitted flight records into a clean digital format using the fields and flight-time categories appropriate to your records.

5. Review and receive your completed file

We’ll provide your completed digital file and identify any entries that are unclear or require your confirmation.

Accuracy and Customer Review

We do not guess when information is unreadable. If a date, aircraft, route, flight time, remark, or other detail cannot be confidently interpreted, we will flag it for your review.

Final responsibility for the accuracy, completeness, compliance, and use of the completed logbook remains with the pilot.
