Professional Paper to Digital Pilot Logbook Conversion

from $259.00
Total Flight Time Being Converted:

Turn Your Handwritten Pilot Logbook Into a Clean, Organized Digital Record

PilotAudit converts the entries contained in your paper pilot logbooks into a structured digital file. Send us clear photos, scans, or PDFs, and we’ll handle the manual entry and organization for you.

Your completed digital logbook will be easier to total, search, update, review, and use for airline applications, interviews, checkrides, skill tests, licensing, or long-term recordkeeping.

Logbooks We Work With

PilotAudit works with civilian pilot logbooks maintained under FAA, Transport Canada, EASA, UK CAA, CASA, and other civil aviation authority frameworks. We can also work with many military, employer-generated, and nonstandard flight records.

Whether your flight time is recorded in a traditional bound logbook, printed flight records, or multiple paper logbooks, you can submit those records for conversion.

If you have an unusual format or are unsure whether we can convert your records, please contact us before ordering.

Pricing Based on Total Flight Time

Select the range matching the total flight time contained in the paper records you want converted.

If the submitted records begin with a carry-forward total from records you are not submitting, only include the flight time represented by the entries being converted. For example, if the submitted records begin at 1,500 hours and end at 3,000 hours, you are converting 1,500 hours.

Converting more than 10,000 hours? Please contact PilotAudit for a custom quote.

How It Works

1. Choose your flight-time range

Select the option matching the total flight time contained in the paper records you want converted.

2. Complete checkout

After purchasing, you’ll receive instructions for securely uploading your logbook records.

3. Upload your files

Send clear photographs, scanned pages, PDFs, or other digital copies of your paper logbooks. Pages should be flat, well lit, readable, and not cut off.

You do not need to have everything uploaded before purchasing. You can complete checkout first and submit your records afterward.

4. We convert your logbook

We enter and organize your submitted flight records into a clean digital format using the fields and flight-time categories appropriate to your records.

5. Review and receive your completed file

We’ll provide your completed digital file and identify any entries that are unclear or require your confirmation.

Accuracy and Customer Review

We do not guess when information is unreadable. If a date, aircraft, route, flight time, remark, or other detail cannot be confidently interpreted, we will flag it for your review.

Final responsibility for the accuracy, completeness, compliance, and use of the completed logbook remains with the pilot.

Turnaround Time

Standard turnaround depends on the size and complexity of the records, the quality of the uploaded files, current order volume, and how quickly any questions are resolved.

Your project timeline begins once all required records have been received and confirmed as readable.
